We are looking for an Advanced Automotive Technician that can perform a wide array of quality repairs with honesty and integrity and thrives in a team-oriented environment with a strong commitment to quality, efficiency, and customer service.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
  • Complete tasks listed on repair orders efficiently and as per dealership guidelines.
  • Test-drive cars and use diagnostic tools or specialized equipment to check vehicle parts and systems.
  • Find, fix, and care for vehicle systems such as engines, transmissions, electrical steering, suspensions, brakes, air conditioning, and more.
  • Speak directly with the Service Advisor to keep customers updated about any extra work needed, and estimate the time required for those repairs.
  • Carry out warranty repairs according to manufacturer requirements.
  • Handle routine maintenance like brake service, annual checks, wheel alignments, and fixing suspension issues.
  • Identify and solve mechanical problems, including those related to engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.
  • Provide advanced services such as diagnosing ECU errors, programming or coding modules, and installing updates.
  • Use power tools, precision instruments, and digital diagnostics in line with manufacturer's directions.
  • Read and understand schematics and official repair instructions.
  • Conduct detailed inspections to spot and address potential issues early.
  • Keep your workspace tidy and safe, following all safety rules.
  • Stay current with new car technologies and repair methods through continual training.
  • Maintain clear records of every service and repair done.
  • Work with teammates to plan, prioritize, and finish repair orders promptly.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of Service Technician experience preferred.
  • ASE Certification preferred, but not required.
  • Solid mechanical knowledge of engine systems, drivetrains, electronics, and diagnostics.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred.
  • A willingness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving automotive technologies.
  • Must have technician tools.
  • Pay: Flat Rate DOE.
