**Role Overview:**
We are seeking an **Affiliate Marketing Specialist** to manage and grow our affiliate partnerships. The right candidate will have experience in affiliate program management, strong communication skills, and a results-driven mindset.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop, manage, and optimize the company’s affiliate marketing program.
* Recruit, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with affiliates and partners.
* Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and provide insights for improvement.
* Create and execute affiliate campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
* Ensure compliance with company guidelines and industry regulations.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
* 2+ years of proven experience in affiliate marketing or partnership management.
* Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
* Proficiency with affiliate platforms, tracking tools, and reporting systems.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
