As an Amazon Account Manager & Strategist, you will serve as the primary advisor for clients navigating the Amazon marketplace, driving business growth and optimizing advertising strategies. You will combine account management with strategic decision-making, acting as both a trusted consultant and a hands-on executor. This role requires deep expertise in Amazon advertising, e-commerce strategy, and ROI-focused campaign management. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver measurable results, provide actionable insights, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction. Your work will directly influence client performance while supporting business expansion across the North American market.

Accountabilities:

• Establish and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for all advertising-related inquiries.
• Translate client objectives into actionable advertising strategies and justified budgets, linking spend to outcomes such as ROI and ROAS.
• Execute, monitor, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns while providing strategic guidance to achieve business goals.
• Develop, coordinate, and implement marketing initiatives across Amazon and other relevant advertising platforms.
• Regularly provide performance reports, insights, and recommendations to clients, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow presence in the North American market.
• Champion quarterly and annual business reviews to support client renewals and long-term partnerships.
• Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and ensure campaigns follow company standards and guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing and executing Amazon PPC campaigns.
• Strong expertise in Amazon operations, advertising, and e-commerce strategy.
• Experience in an agency or client-facing environment is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable digital strategy results and paid advertising outcomes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and maintain relationships across multiple organizations.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to analyze complex environments, pay attention to detail, and self-manage projects effectively.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to make strategic recommendations confidently.
