Apartment Maintenance Technician (Floating) – Contract-to-Hire

Location: Minneapolis & Minnetonka, MN

Pay: $24/hr

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Perform general apartment maintenance and repairs
• Assist with plumbing, electrical, and appliance troubleshooting
• Complete work orders accurately and on time
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
• Provide excellent customer service to residents

Qualifications

• Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred
• Must have own tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Professional and reliable demeanor
