Essential Job Duties:

• Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority
• Make Ready / Turning apartments in between resident occupancy
• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
• Maintaining property grounds
• Preventative maintenance
• Maintain and keep a clean and organized maintenance shop and other work areas
• Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone with other team members
• VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM day shift hours, on-call 1 week every 2 weeks
Full Time - Year Round work. No layoffs and overtime potential available!

What we are offering:  

• $17- $19/HR
•  Yearly raises up to 5%
•  Quarterly maintenance bonus structure, up to $3,000.00 Per Year!
•  On-Call Bonus, $100.00 a week when on-call. Min 1.5 hours of pay for any call.
•  $50.00 On Call Bonus paid per day for any major holiday worked

 Qualifications:  

• 2+ years’ experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, general construction or equivalent (we can train you!)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

A maintenance skills assessment is administered during the interview process for this position

This role requires pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check and drug screening.

Valid driver’s license required.

A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.
