**Job Responsibilities:**
- **Property Maintenance:** Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of residential apartments, addressing issues related to plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC units, carpentry, and general building repairs.
- **Preventative Maintenance:** Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs to ensure buildings and facilities are proactively cared for, identifying potential issues before they occur.
- **Emergency Repairs:** Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests, ensuring residents’ safety and comfort at all times.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with the property management team and other maintenance staff to maintain the quality and appearance of the community.
- **Compliance:** Ensure that all repairs and maintenance work comply with building codes, health, and safety regulations.
- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of maintenance requests and actions taken, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and reported correctly.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repair skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.
