Competitive pay: $19.00 – $22.00 per hour

Support the Property Manager with daily operations of the community
Help maintain strong resident relationships through excellent service and communication
Assist with renewals to ensure residents stay and love where they live (commissions paid)
Show and lease apartments when needed to help maintain strong occupancy (commissions paid)
Help keep marketing materials current and accurate
High school diploma or equivalent
Some experience in multifamily housing or customer service preferred – we’ll train the right person!
Basic computer skills (Yardi experience a plus)
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
A problem-solver with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail
