Tesoro Group is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join one of our long-term’s team at (1) of their properties in Minneapolis, MN (55404). The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience in property management (as a leasing agent to assistant property manager) knowledge of affordable housing properties (full cycle leasing and renewals experience in section 42/tax credit experience is required). This role is contracted to hire (90 days before conversion) or can go direct hire for the right candidate.
This role will be working with (1) building that is part of the Native American Housing Community.
Salary: $23-$28/hour DOQ.
Schedule: This role will be working Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.
The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of the site to provide a fiscally sound, well-maintained, and socially healthy apartment community. The Property Manager also provides leadership and guidance to the staff.
