Staffing Proxy has partnered with SENTA Partners to recruit a skilled Audiologist for ENT Carolina in Belmont, NC.

ENT Carolina is an ENT specialty group with multiple locations in the greater Charlotte area, providing comprehensive ear, nose, throat, and audiology services to patients of all ages. Position Overview:

In this role as an Audiologist , you will diagnose and treat hearing and balance disorders for patients of all ages, using evidence-based care to improve their quality of life. You’ll work closely with physicians and other healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive audiological services, with a focus on accurate diagnostics, personalized treatment, and exceptional patient care in a private practice setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform hearing evaluations and diagnostic testing for pediatric and adult patients.
  
• Fit and program hearing aids to meet each patient’s unique needs.
  
• Conduct Auditory Evoked Potentials (AEP) testing.
  
• Perform vestibular assessments, including VNG and caloric testing.
  
• Administer electrophysiology testing such as Electrocochleography (EcochG).
  
• Conduct otoacoustic emissions (OAE) and distortion product OAE screenings (DPOAEs).
  
• Provide custom earmolds and musician hearing protection products.
  
• Interpret test results in the context of each patient’s lifestyle and communication goals.
  
• Educate and counsel patients and caregivers on results, treatment plans, and device use.
  
• Collaborate with physicians to support accurate diagnoses and coordinated care.
