Job Summary: We are looking for a Receptionist to join our growing team! The right candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle schedule flexibility. The day-to-day duties in this role include answering dealership phones, greeting customers, cashing out service customers, filing and processing paperwork, processing sales receipts, logging and completing accurate cash logs and balances. • Mondays and Thursdays 3:00pm - 8:00pm
• Saturday 8:00am-3:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm
• Sunday (1 Sunday per month) 11:00-5:00

Responsibilities

• Answer dealership phones
• Greet and receive prospects and customers
• Direct and transfer customers to the correct corresponding department
• Work cooperatively with dealership sales, service and parts departments
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
• Reconciling and closing out each corresponding individual shift accurately and appropriately

• A clean driving record & valid driver’s license
