Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, digital product managers, and cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document clear business requirements, process flows, and user stories, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Identify process inefficiencies, propose and document optimization strategies using Agentic AI to improve claims adjudication process and automate the delivery of client communication letters.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align project objectives with client needs.
  • Leverage strong analytical skills and SQL expertise to derive insights from complex data sets, support integration in the Front End/Back end systems.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications, work closely with PO, development and QA teams, backlog grooming, project planning and delivery.
  • Utilize strong communication and organizational skills to bridge the gap between business and technical teams, create detailed documentation, mockups, and effectively present findings through reports and diagrams.
  • Provide expert guidance on industry best practices and emerging trends to clients within the area of claims settlement and Agentic AI use cases in insurance sector
  • Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives that drive growth and competitive advantage for clients.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in the insurance sector

Qualifications & Skills Required -

  • MBA with focus on insurance domain with a bachelor’s in computer science
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
  • LOMA certification or similar Insurance domain certifications.
  • SAFe Agile certification preferred.
  • Experience in digital transformation or enterprise software projects.
  • Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Figma, or similar.
  • Knowledge of Agentic AI is a plus.
  • API integration, Testing using tools like Postman is a must.
