Job Title - Business Systems Analyst

Hybrid Locations - Pittsburgh, Cleveland, OH Birmingham, AL, Dallas, TX, Phoenix, AZ

Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Key Projects

• Integration with multicurrency account applications for financial data display in Edge.
• Enhancement and support for the CLP KYC replatform and Pinnacle-to-Edge live messaging integration .
• Continuous improvement of the commercial servicing logic within Edge.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business partners, product owners, and developers to define and document requirements.
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria aligned with Agile best practices.
• Perform Salesforce configuration and light development as needed.
• Analyze business and technical needs to ensure efficient and scalable solutions.
• Support and enhance the existing commercial servicing framework within Edge.

Required Experience & Skills

Experience: 6 8 years in Business Systems Analysis

Technical Skills:

• Salesforce CRM and Servicing Cloud experience (required)
• Ability to perform Salesforce configuration/development tasks
• Strong understanding of system integrations and data flow

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Proactive, assertive, and detail-oriented

Preferred Industry: Banking / Financial Services
