Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of full-stack development experience with the Microsoft technology stack.
Strong expertise in .NET Core/.NET 9, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Razor Pages, and Entity Framework Core.
2+ years of experience with Telerik UI components for .NET web applications.
Proficient in front-end development: HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery, JavaScript, AJAX.
Experience with SignalR and real-time communication models.
Familiarity with Blazor (Server or WebAssembly) is a plus.
Expert knowledge of multi-tenant SaaS application development, MS SQL Server, and data modeling.
Comfortable using both Visual Studio and JetBrains Rider IDE in daily workflow.
Proficient with Git, Azure DevOps, and modern CI/CD best practices.
Experience with logging/monitoring frameworks like Serilog, Application Insights, or similar.
Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal.
Prior experience in a startup or entrepreneurial setting is strongly preferred.
