Our rapid growth and breadth of accounts translates into exciting opportunities for our people!We’re seeking a hands-on Café Manager to oversee commissary food production, retail marketplaces, and an onsite coffee bar at our Amazon location. This is a full-time, onsite role scheduled Monday–Friday, with shifts between 7:00 AM–4:30 PM. The Café Manager is responsible for daily operations, team supervision, and ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Hire, train, coach, and supervise associates
Manage daily café operations and ensure service excellence
Oversee sanitation and safety compliance
Plan and execute marketing initiatives and special events
Monitor and operate within budget, identifying areas for improvement
Perform additional duties as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
1–3 years of relevant foodservice or hospitality management experience
Experience in corporate dining, restaurants, hotels, healthcare, or similar environments
Working knowledge of foodservice equipment and cash handling procedures
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
ServSafe or local health certification preferred
