Café Con Leche Con Amor is a Latin-inspired specialty coffee shop celebrating culture, community, and flavor. We’re expanding into San Jose and looking for energetic team members who love coffee, food, and connecting with people. Our drinks and menu are handcrafted with heart — and we’re building a team that shares that same passion.
We’re hiring cross-trained Café Team Members to handle all areas of the shop — espresso bar, register, and kitchen.
You’ll prepare beautiful coffee drinks, assemble Latin-inspired food items, engage warmly with guests, and help keep the café running smoothly from open to close.
