• Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Saturday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Sunday: Closed
• Full-time and part-time roles available

Pay

Starting at $19 – $22 per hour + tips

(Tiered raises after full cross-training)

Role Overview

We’re hiring cross-trained Café Team Members to handle all areas of the shop — espresso bar, register, and kitchen.

You’ll prepare beautiful coffee drinks, assemble Latin-inspired food items, engage warmly with guests, and help keep the café running smoothly from open to close.

✨ Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve espresso drinks, specialty lattes, mochas, teas, and cremas
• Take orders, process payments, and provide friendly customer service at the POS
• Assemble light food items (toasts, sandwiches, pastries) following recipes
• Restock, clean, and organize the café throughout the day
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
• Support your teammates across all stations — coffee, kitchen, and front counter

✅ Qualifications

• Previous café, barista, or food-service experience preferred (training provided)
• Passion for coffee, food, and creating a welcoming atmosphere
• Reliable, positive, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Available for early morning shifts and Saturdays
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
