Hourly Rate: $25-$40 per hour (depending on experience)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Skilled Carpenter with at least 7 years of experience in residential and commercial renovation. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated, hard-working professional who is self-sufficient and has their own tools, vehicle, and a strong commitment to quality. You should take pride in your craftsmanship, have a deep sense of responsibility toward your work, and have the ability to empathize with customers to deliver a personalized and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Demolition : Safely and efficiently perform demo work as needed on renovation projects.
• Framing : Frame walls, floors, and other structural elements to code and project specifications.
• Cabinet Installation : Install kitchen, bathroom, and other cabinetry with precision and attention to detail.
• Trim Work : Install baseboards, crown molding, window casings, and other decorative trim to ensure a polished and finished look.
• Basic MEPs Experience : Assist with minor mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations as required for specific projects.
• Commercial Framing : Apply your experience in commercial framing to support the completion of various projects, ensuring all work meets safety and design standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site, ensuring tools and materials are properly stored and work areas are safe.
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and project managers to ensure clear expectations and smooth project execution.
• Take pride in delivering exceptional customer service, empathizing with client needs, and addressing concerns as they arise.
• Continuously demonstrate and uphold the values of the company, including a commitment to craftsmanship, professionalism, and integrity.
