Job Description

As a CDL Driver, you’ll be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a commercial garbage truck. You’ll handle local roll-off, residential, and/or commercial routes, ensuring timely and courteous waste collection. Our ideal candidate has excellent time management and organizational skills, and previous driving experience. Applicants must have a valid CDL, a clean driving record, and a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service. • Operate a commercial refuse truck safely and efficiently
• Follow assigned routes and schedules for trash, recycling, or yard waste pickup
• Inspect vehicles daily and report any maintenance issues
• Interact professionally with customers and team members
• Comply with all DOT regulations and company safety policies
• Complete route paperwork and logs accurately

Qualifications:

• You need the ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds for this role
• Must have a valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) and a clean driving record
• Must have graduated high school or received equivalency (GED)
• Must possess great time management skills and communication skills
