Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent related work experience
Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management experience
Experience demonstrating a progressive increase in financial/supervisory accountability and authority
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Directs execution of all aspects of the project in accordance with the scope of the contract including pre-bid meetings, proposal preparations, project start-up, contract management , change order management, resource loading, cost controls, material buy out, subcontractor management, cash flow management, and change order negotiations
