We're looking for a Content Creator to join our fast-growing team of builders. If you love creating engaging social media content, storytelling through video, and helping a real estate brand connect with its community, then this position could be a great fit. You'll be responsible for creating TikTok and Instagram content that showcases our listings, educates our audience, and builds our brand as Southern California's most trusted community-centered real estate company. Responsibilities:

• Film, edit, and post daily TikTok/Instagram Reels and Instagram Stories
• Develop a YouTube channel with longer-form content and SEO optimization
• Research trends and optimize content strategy based on platform analytics
• Manage community engagement and respond to comments across all platforms
• Work with virtual team members to engage in social media

Qualifications:

• Strong video production skills for both short-form and long-form content
• Proficient with video editing software and mobile editing apps
• Creative storytelling ability with an understanding of real estate market trends
• Conscientious and dedicated to maintaining brand consistency and quality standards
• Driven to create viral content while providing educational value to viewers
• Organized and able to manage content calendars and posting schedules accordingly
• Understanding of TikTok and Instagram algorithms and best practices
