Job Description Content Strategist
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- UX writing experience concentrating on web and mobile experiences with an understanding of responsive design.
- Portfolio that demonstrates a range of digital experiences and UX writing.
- Experience working in Agile Methodologies and Design Thinking.
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Sketch, InVision and other common software platforms.
- Good to have background or strong interest in banking, treasury services, payments, or financial operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Work directly and collaboratively with your Design team and business partners to develop and produce effective end-to-end customer experiences across all digital channels.
- Understand customer goals, business requirements, technical constraints, and be able to work within project parameters.
- Create content that upholds the organization’s tone of voice.
- Simplify the customer experience through succinct, thoughtful and enjoyable microcopy.
- Deliver legal and ADA compliant copy decks based on established style guides.
- Support, develop and participate in presentations to internal stakeholders.
- Manage multiple deadlines on numerous concurrent jobs.
Salary Range- $90,000-$125,000 a year
Qualifications: BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
