Position Overview
Optigy is seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join the Anesthesiology department in Worcester, MA. Providers will be part of a large, diverse anesthesia care team with exposure to a wide range of surgical case types, including transplant, ENT, trauma, neurosurgery, cardiothoracic, and orthopedics. This role offers flexible scheduling and a collaborative, medically supervised practice environment.
Requirements
CRNA certification required
Board Certification required
Open to providers with or without a Massachusetts license
Must be comfortable in a medically supervised CRNA environment
Must be able to work across multiple campus locations
Providers will not perform regional blocks (performed by physicians)
EMR experience with EPIC preferred
Clean file preferred but not mandatory
Responsibilities
Provide anesthesia care in collaboration with supervising anesthesiologists
Manage a variety of cases across multiple surgical specialties
Deliver safe, high-quality perioperative care
Participate in flexible scheduling across shifts of 12, 16, 18, or 24 hours
Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC
Work as part of a large CRNA group (8–12 CRNAs per shift) within a team of 160+ clinical anesthesia professionals

Schedule: Flexible; 24/7 coverage model with variable shift lengths
On-call: No call required
Contract Type:
Daily OT after 12 hours
Weekly OT after 168 hours
