About the Role
Join our remote team as a Cruise Specialist and help travelers plan memorable ocean and river cruise vacations. If you’re friendly, detail-oriented, and excited about learning, this role offers flexible hours, supportive training, and the freedom to work from home.
What You’ll Do
Consult with clients to match them with the right cruise lines, itineraries, and add-ons (air, hotels, excursions, travel protection).
Provide quotes, hold options, and finalize reservations with accuracy and care.
Manage bookings end-to-end: payments, special requests, dining, stateroom changes, and documentation.
Stay current on promotions, loyalty programs, and destination updates to maximize value for clients.
What You’ll Bring
Customer service or sales experience (travel industry a plus but not required).
Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable using email, chat, and phone.
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn booking tools and vendor portals.
Organized, self-motivated, and attentive to details and deadlines.
