Now Hiring: Part-Time Curriculum Coordinator
Location: Learning Depot – Trenton, NJ
Hours: Part-Time (Approx. 5 hours/day)

Learning Depot in Trenton, NJ is seeking a dedicated and experienced Curriculum Coordinator to join our team. This role supports both private and former Abbott classrooms, helping to lead curriculum planning, support classroom quality, and onboard new educators.

We are looking for a serious candidate with a strong work ethic , the ability to think outside the box , and who works seamlessly with others . A professional demeanor and a genuine commitment to high-quality early education are a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and support Creative Curriculum in all classrooms.
• Coach and mentor teachers in alignment with Grow NJ Kids standards.
• Provide structure and support for classroom management , including daily schedules.
• Assist the onboarding and training of new teaching staff.
• Collaborate with leadership to promote continuous improvement and instructional quality.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Creative Curriculum and Grow NJ Kids.
• Experience in classroom management and teacher training.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate professionally.
• Creative, solutions-oriented, and dependable.
