HelloGov AI, a Miami-based government tech startup, is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our energetic team in Brickell, Miami, FL. We are transforming the way people interact with government services by leveraging advanced AI to streamline applications for passports, travel visas, vehicle registration, and immigration. This on-site role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding live support, managing escalated customer cases efficiently.
• Communicate clearly and provide guidance on government application processes.
• Engage with a diverse customer base and internal teams using excellent interpersonal skills.
• Handle a high volume of daily calls while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Collect feedback from customer interactions and relay insights to the Product Development team to inform future improvements.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in B2C environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and customer support tools.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong problem-solving skills with empathy for customer needs.
• Legal authorization to work in the US and pass a background check.
