CENCO Claims is hiring a dependable and experienced Property Claims Adjuster to handle daily residential and commercial property claims in Independence, MO and surrounding areas. This field-based role offers steady claim volume, flexible scheduling, and strong support from our internal team.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct on-site inspections to evaluate property damage
Create detailed estimates using Xactimate
Document findings with photos and well-written reports
Maintain clear communication with policyholders and carriers
Submit timely, accurate, and complete claim files
Requirements:
Proficiency in Xactimate
Solid understanding of property damage and construction
Excellent time management and communication skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Missouri or designated home state adjuster license
Preferred: 2+ years of field experience in property claims adjusting
