We are looking for a detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Specialist to help input, update, and maintain information in our company databases. This is a simple, entry-level role that requires accuracy, basic computer skills, and the ability to follow instructions. No advanced experience is required—training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update data in spreadsheets or company systems
  

• Verify the accuracy of information before and after entering it
  

• Maintain organized and confidential records
  

• Review documents for errors and correct them
  

• Follow simple data management procedures
  

• Report any issues or inconsistencies to supervisors
  

• Complete daily or weekly tasks on time
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
  

• Basic typing skills (fast and accurate)

• Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, Excel, or basic data entry software
