Dental Practice Manager

Overview
A brand-new, fully built-out dental office is launching under the leadership of highly regarded clinicians. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Practice Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure a smooth, patient-centered experience from day one. This is a unique opportunity to build systems from the ground up and shape the success of a new dental practice alongside an expert team.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all front and back office operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and documentation
Work closely with dentists to implement systems and optimize workflows
Develop and enforce protocols for appointments, cleanings, X-rays, and procedures
Manage front desk staff, calendars, and patient communications
Coordinate with billing, compliance, and clinical support teams
Ensure seamless integration of technology and patient experience systems
Solve problems on the ground, from patient concerns to scheduling gaps
Help design workflows that balance efficiency and patient care
Highly detail-oriented , with exceptional multitasking and organizational skills
Prior experience managing or coordinating within a dental or medical practice (required)
Strong ability to build systems and processes from scratch
Capable of seeing the "big picture" while handling day-to-day logistics
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Professional, calm under pressure, and solution-oriented
Preference for candidates who are naturally organized and proactive
