Job Description:

We are looking for a Director of IT to oversee all aspects of our technology infrastructure, systems, and services. The Director will work with Senior IT leadership to manage our IT department, providing strategic direction, technical leadership, and hands-on management of all IT operations and employees. This role will require a forward-thinking leader with a strong track record of managing IT projects, optimizing technology processes, and aligning IT strategies with business goals.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the IT department, fostering a high-performing, collaborative, and efficient team. 

  • Develop and execute the overall IT strategy, aligning with the company’s business objectives.

  • Collaborate with Senior IT leadership on the design, implementation, and maintenance of all technology systems, networks, and infrastructure.

  • Ensure the security, availability, and scalability of all IT systems and services.

  • Manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions that meet business needs.

  • Provide leadership for IT projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with business priorities.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement technology solutions that enhance business performance.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends, tools, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
