An upscale Assisted Living Facility in New Rochelle, NY is seeking a compassionate and experienced Director of Wellness to oversee care for 60 residents in our Memory Care community .
We’re looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) with strong leadership and communication skills, and a genuine passion for providing quality care to older adults. The Director of Wellness will report directly to the Administrator and will be responsible for managing daily clinical operations, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety standards.
