Early Childhood Educator - Ras Al Khaimah (RAK)

Location : Ras Al Khaimah, UAE
Immediate Start / August 2025 Intake

Salary : AED 14,000 - AED 18,000 per month

Job Description :
We are looking for a passionate Early Childhood Educator to inspire and engage young learners in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to creating an inclusive and dynamic classroom where children’s learning and development are encouraged and celebrated. This position involves implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum and collaborating with a team of educators to ensure every child’s needs are met.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement a child-centered curriculum that supports early childhood learning.
• Foster a safe, positive, and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow.
• Assess and monitor children’s progress and communicate effectively with parents.
• Assist in the preparation of learning materials and educational activities.
• Provide emotional support to children to enhance their social and emotional development.

Academic Requirements :

• A Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• A recognized teaching qualification.
• Experience in early childhood education is preferred, but not mandatory for enthusiastic candidates with the right passion for teaching.
