You will:** - Provide oversight, guidance, and support for Special Education Services at ASH - Review educational records for patients under 22 to determine special education eligibility - Conduct educational interviews, evaluations, and assessments - Develop and implement **IEPs (Individualized Education Programs)** in alignment with **IDEA (Individuals with Disabilities Education Act)** requirements - Prepare curriculum, set educational goals, and monitor student progress - Participate in treatment planning with a multidisciplinary team - Support and advise teaching staff as needed - Maintain educational documentation and ensure compliance with **ADE (Arizona Department of Education)** and federal standards - Be available **1-5 hours per month** for guidance, planning, and consultation **This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:** - Teaching Certification in Special Education - A Master's Degree - Experience providing, screening, and evaluating Special Education Services - Strong documentation and record-keeping skills **What happens next:** Once you apply, we'll review your skills and experience to determine whether you're a match.
