Location: Lake Odessa, Michigan

Salary: $62,000 - $85,000 (Based on Experience)

Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

HireNow Staffing is now hiring an Electrical Controls Maintenance Technician for a leading food and manufacturing facility in Lake Odessa, MI . This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled technician with a background in industrial electrical systems, PLCs, and automation to join a highly reputable company offering great pay, benefits and a $5,000 sign-on bonus .

What You'll Be Doing:

Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair electrical systems, control panels, and automation equipment
Work with PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.) , VFDs, HMI systems, and SCADA controls
Perform preventative maintenance and respond to urgent electrical breakdowns
Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals
Collaborate with maintenance, production, and engineering teams to optimize equipment uptime
Maintain compliance with plant safety protocols and electrical codes

What You Bring:

3+ years of industrial or manufacturing electrical maintenance experience
Strong knowledge of PLC troubleshooting, motor controls, and low-voltage systems
Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and control diagrams
Experience with food or packaging equipment is a plus
High school diploma or GED required, technical training or certifications a plus
