### Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and data-driven Email Marketer to design, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of email marketing strategies, audience segmentation, and automation workflows to nurture leads and retain customers.
### Responsibilities
* Develop and manage email marketing campaigns in Klaviyo, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated flows (e.g., welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase).
* Create engaging email content, including subject lines, copy, and calls-to-action, tailored to various audience segments.
* Design and implement A/B tests to optimize email performance (open rates, click-through rates, conversions).
* Analyze campaign performance using Klaviyo analytics and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
* Build and maintain audience segments based on customer behavior, demographics, and preferences.
* Ensure email campaigns comply with CAN-SPAM and other relevant regulations.
* Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to align email campaigns with overall brand strategy.
* Stay updated on email marketing trends and Klaviyo platform updates to leverage new features.
### Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in email marketing, with at least 1 year using Klaviyo.
* Proven track record of creating successful email campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
* Strong understanding of email automation, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
* Proficiency in Klaviyo’s platform, including flows, templates, and integrations.
* Excellent copywriting and editing skills with a focus on crafting compelling email content.
* Analytical mindset with experience using data to optimize campaign performance.
* Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template customization is a plus.
* Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

* Experience in Fashion email and graphic design
* Knowledge of other marketing platforms (e.g., Shopify, HubSpot, or Google Analytics).
