We’re actively hiring a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Event Assistant to help support our live marketing campaigns and interactive brand promotions .

What You’ll Do

• Support the planning, setup, and execution of live events, pop-up activations, and community campaigns
• Engage directly with customers to create a friendly, informative, and positive event experience
• Represent our clients and act as a liaison between the brand and the public
• Assist in achieving campaign goals related to brand awareness, customer engagement, and fundraising
• Contribute creative ideas to improve event flow, outreach effectiveness, and overall performance
• Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and provide effective solutions
• Gather feedback and help track campaign performance metrics
• Participate in team meetings, strategy sessions, and on-site training to continuously improve your skills
