Position: Entry Level Events Assistant Description: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to start their career in event planning and management. In this role, you will assist in organizing and executing a variety of events, ranging from corporate gatherings to creative celebrations. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of various events
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services
• Help manage event logistics including transportation, setup, and breakdown
• Support the marketing efforts to promote upcoming events
• Maintain accurate records of event details and budgets
• Provide on-site assistance during events to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
• A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
