Key Responsibilities
Research adventure destinations, tours and activities suitable for families
Collaborate with suppliers to secure bookings and negotiate packages
Draft itineraries highlighting unique experiences (e.g., hiking, guided tours, theme parks)
Provide responsive communication to clients regarding questions or changes
Keep client profiles and booking data organized
Requirements
Enthusiasm for adventure travel and the great outdoors
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Competency with basic computer applications (email, research, spreadsheets)
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Customer service or hospitality experience is advantageous
