Work you'll do/Responsibilities + Provide steady state Epic support for a client on the East Coast working Eastern Time zone hours. + Provide support for incident resolution + Provide support for service requests + Provide support for enhancement build upgrade build and support The Team AI & Engineering leverages cutting-edge engineering capabilities to build, deploy, and operate integrated/verticalized sector solutions in software, data, AI, network, and hybrid cloud infrastructure.
