Position: Epic Clinical Documentation Analyst
Location: Online (Locals preferred)
Client: State of North Carolina
Duration: 12+ Months

Job Description:
We are seeking an Epic Clinical Documentation Analyst to support the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of the Epic EHR system. This role involves collaboration with clinical users, system testing, and providing training and support. Candidates must hold Epic Clin Doc certification and are preferred to have additional certifications in Behavioral Health or Long-Term Care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide application support and build for Epic Clinical Documentation workflows.
• Collaborate with clinical end users to document workflows and implement changes.
• Conduct system testing and provide end-user support during upgrades and go-lives.
• Assist with training and at-the-elbow support for clinical documentation users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported through ServiceNow.

Required Skills:

• Epic Clin Doc certification (Required)
• 7+ years of Epic implementation or operations support experience (Required)
• Strong understanding of clinical documentation practices (Required)
• Ability to analyze workflow requirements for Epic configuration (Required)
• Epic Behavioral Health (BH) and/or Long-Term Care (LTC) certification (Preferred)
