Job Description
**Responsibilities**
The Emergency RN is a professional who provides, plans, and directs care to individuals and families based on the nursing process in collaboration with the health care team.
**Qualifications**
Minimum:
+ Current California RN license
+ One (1) year of experience as an Emergency Department RN within the last five (5) years. (exception - when staffing is able to accommodate training management will consider RNs with less experience).
+ BLS certification
+ ACLS certification (or within 3 months of hire)
+ PALS certification (or within 3 months of hire)
+ Must obtain NIHSS certification within 6 months of hire

**Pay Range**
$67.57 - $82.06 /hour
