Job Description

An established and mission-driven organization in the manufacturing industry is seeking an experienced IT Director to lead its technology team and help shape the company’s digital future. This position oversees IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, systems architecture, and enterprise applications. 

Compensation: $140,000 – $160,000 base salary, full benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Led ERP implementation, upgrades and ensure stability post-implementation. 
• Lead IT operations, including infrastructure, cloud systems, networking, and data management.
• Manage full lifecycle delivery of technology projects—ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget alignment.
• Partner with leadership and department heads to identify and implement technology-driven improvements.
• Oversee vendor relationships, IT budgets, and department performance metrics.
• Develop and execute an IT strategy that supports growth, security, and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to leverage RPA, AI, and BI tools to improve efficiency and decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline (Master’s degree a plus).
• Minimum 6 years of progressive IT leadership experience, with a proven record in managing infrastructure, systems, and security.
• Demonstrated success in leading teams, managing budgets, and implementing ERPs (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, etc.)
• Background in vendor management cloud technologies, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical information for non-technical audiences.
