As an Events Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the coordination, organization, and execution of events from planning stages through completion. Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate and promotional events
Support event logistics, including schedules, materials, and on-site coordination
Communicate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Help manage event timelines and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently
Provide on-site support during events as needed
Maintain accurate records, reports, and event documentation
Assist with post-event evaluations and follow-up tasks
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
