Overview
Singnala We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth execution of a variety of events, ranging from corporate functions to community gatherings. As an Events Assistant, you will work closely with event managers and various stakeholders to coordinate logistics, manage vendor relationships, and support the overall planning process.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of various events including corporate functions, workshops, and community gatherings.
Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering arrangements, and transportation.
Manage communication with vendors, sponsors, and other stakeholders to ensure all event needs are met.
Support the creation of event materials, including invitations, programs, and signage.
Help set up and dismantle event spaces, ensuring that all equipment is in working order.
Conduct post-event evaluations and assist in compiling feedback for future improvements.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in event planning, coordination, or a related role is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
