Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and organized Events Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events and promotional activities. The Events Assistant will play a key role in ensuring that all events align with our brand standards and operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events, meetings, and internal initiatives

• Coordinate logistics such as venues, schedules, vendors, and materials

• Support event setup, on-site coordination, and post-event follow-up

• Maintain accurate records, timelines, and event documentation

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless event execution

• Handle administrative tasks related to events, including reports and inventory tracking
