We are seeking a motivated and organized Events Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events and promotional activities. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced professional environment. The Events Assistant will play a key role in ensuring that all events align with our brand standards and operational goals.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events, meetings, and internal initiatives
Coordinate logistics such as venues, schedules, vendors, and materials
Support event setup, on-site coordination, and post-event follow-up
Maintain accurate records, timelines, and event documentation
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless event execution
Handle administrative tasks related to events, including reports and inventory tracking
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
Professional attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
