We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Events Assistant to support our events team in planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of corporate and client-facing events. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys multitasking, thrives in fast-paced environments, and has a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and execution of corporate and client events.
Coordinate logistics, including venue arrangements, catering, and event materials.
Support on-site event management to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain detailed records and documentation for each event.
Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
Contribute creative ideas to enhance event experiences.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management tools is a plus.
