Job Title: Event Safety Officer

Compensation: $17.00 per hour
Location: Metro Atlanta Area (Field-Based Across Event Sites)
Schedule: Variable; Open availability preferred (Sunday–Saturday, All Shifts)
Reports To: Operations Manager / Safety Manager and Supervisor

We are actively seeking Event Safety Officers to join our growing auxiliary staffing team . These officers will be deployed on an as-needed basis to support security and safety operations for public, private, and corporate events throughout the Metro Atlanta area.
This role is ideal for individuals with flexible availability who are dependable, alert, and capable of maintaining safety and order in fast-paced environments. You’ll work alongside trained personnel and supervisors to uphold Valor’s standards of service and public trust.
Provide security presence and enforce safety protocols at assigned events.
Monitor entrances, exits, crowd flow, and high-traffic zones.
Assist with access control, credential checks, and guest support.
Respond to incidents or emergencies with professionalism and composure.
Communicate effectively with site leads, team members, and event staff.
Follow post orders and site-specific instructions as directed.
Complete event logs or incident reports when necessary.
Maintain professional appearance and represent Valor with integrity at all times.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Strong interpersonal and situational awareness skills.
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods in varying environments.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Reliable transportation to travel to event sites.
Valid security license (or willingness to obtain prior to first shift).
Cell phone and email access for communication and deployment notices.
Prior experience in event security, crowd control, or public safety.
CPR/First Aid/AED certified.
Background in hospitality, customer service, or emergency response.
