Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding matters related to leadership.
Champion and execute team initiatives and activities, such as team events, etc.
Perform general office duties, including supply ordering, records management.
Assist with drafting communications, managing tasks and follow-ups, taking notes, and staying organized.
Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
Make travel and accommodation arrangements
3+ years of experience in executive / admin assisting or an adjacent role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate well.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Slack, and Google Calendar/Workspace.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage one's time effectively.
Ability to handle information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage deadlines effectively.
Demonstrated ability to work well in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
$60K – $100K • Offers Equity • Offers Bonus
This salary range is reflective of the total compensation offering for this position. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits. Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors, including the candidate's qualifications, skills, relevant experience, and internal equity.
