Executive Housekeeper- Windermere

Location:  Windermere, FL, 34786

Start: 11/25/2025

Compensation: $30-$40 hourly based on experience

Schedule:  M-F 9AM-5PM

Description: 

We are seeking a  detail-oriented, reliable, and professional Executive Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall care of a private residence. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, have strong attention to detail, and demonstrate discretion and professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Duties:

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all areas while taking care to protect carpets and rugs
• Wash dishes, unload dishwasher, and maintain kitchen surfaces and appliances
• Sanitize bathrooms, polish fixtures, and restock essential supplies
• Handle all laundry, linens, and clothing care (including delicate and bespoke items)
• Make beds, tidy bedrooms and living spaces, and maintain a polished appearance throughout the home
• Empty trash and recycling, clean entryways and stairs, and ensure all areas are organized and clutter-free

Weekly Duties:

• Perform deep cleaning tasks, including baseboards, blinds, ceiling fans, and high surfaces
• Deep clean kitchen and bathroom areas, including appliances, grout, and cabinetry
• Maintain laundry room and organize household supplies
• Clean and organize outdoor spaces and patio areas

Outdoor Responsibilities:

• Keep entryways and walkways neat and swept
• Clean doors, windows, and outdoor furniture
• Maintain outdoor kitchen, lanai, and pool areas for a pristine appearance

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a professional or executive housekeeper
• Knowledge of proper cleaning methods, products, and fabric care
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and maintain discretion
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a well-kept home
• Must have the ability to manage other staff occasionally

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $30–$40 (commensurate with skill and experience)
• Benefits Include:
