About the role

The Field Marketing Manager creates unique interactions among our patients, staff, and retail partners to support sales execution, market growth, and industry dominance. Is responsible for executing and supporting field marketing campaigns in Arizona as well as identifying demographic data to plan exciting events that showcase the Timeless House of Brands. Plans and executes promotional events, product launches, influencer interviews, and other marketing initiatives. The Field Marketing Manager directly oversees the Kindness Team to continue developing and implementing best practices, including strategic scheduling, in-store campaign execution, and team training. Is a reliable source of information on all things Timeless. Ensures that the Kindness Team educates, engages, excites, and inspires patients & dispensary staff regarding all facets of Timeless and its House of Brands. This position requires excellent communication and project management skills, and a passion for driving business growth through creative, effective field marketing programs.

Field Marketing Manager – Responsibilities

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Arizona General Manager, Sales, and Brand teams to align on strategic objectives, market priorities, and brand direction.
  • Maintain clear communication across departments to ensure cohesive execution of all initiatives.

Market Intelligence & Campaign Development

  • Conduct ongoing market research to analyze trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop and execute regional marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and drive consumer engagement.
  • Identify and lead brand partnerships, influencer activations, and seeding opportunities to expand reach.

Event Strategy & Execution

  • Own planning and execution of all regional events, including negotiations, permits, logistics, staffing, and post-event reporting.
  • Create and distribute detailed timelines, run-of-shows, and event briefs to stakeholders.
  • Attend key events to oversee execution, ensure brand standards, and capture content for social and reporting.

Kindness Team Leadership

  • Manage the Field Marketing (Kindness) Team, including scheduling, goal setting, payroll, and mileage reimbursement.
  • Lead regular meetings to align messaging and ensure preparedness for activations, including dispensary visits, takeovers, and community events.

Brand Asset & Experience Management

  • Oversee and optimize the use of brand-owned assets such as PHX Arena suite tickets, event passes, and PR merchandise.
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality brand experiences at every consumer touchpoint.

Budget & ROI Management

  • Manage local marketing budgets in alignment with GM and Sales.
  • Track spend and evaluate ROI on events, campaigns, and activations.

Performance Measurement & Reporting

  • Define and track KPIs for field marketing initiatives.
  • Report monthly performance to the GM, providing insights and optimization recommendations.

Compliance & Brand Governance

  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory requirements and align with brand guidelines and SOPs.

Digital Integration

  • Partner with digital and social teams to amplify field marketing efforts.
  • Ensure event and local campaign content is leveraged across platforms where appropriate.

  • 1-2 years of proven event management (preferred)
    • Proven experience in event management, including core areas such as exhibits, catering, audio-visual, event timeline, and budgeting
    • Proven experience of generating revenue from events
  • 1-2 years of project management experience (preferred)
  • Experience working in cannabis (preferred)
  • Experience within a regulated environment (preferred)

Educational Background / Certificates

  • Bachelor's degree in business marketing or a similar field (preferred)

Additional Qualifications

  • Weekend and night availability when needed
  • Reliable transportation (Required)
  • Ability to possess a medical marijuana card (preferred)
  • Must be twenty-one (21) years of age, according to A.R.S. §36-2801.10
  • Must consent to a criminal background check performed by the Company and the Arizona Department of Health Services, according to A.R.S. § 36-2804.01
  • Employment offers are contingent upon the successful completion of the criminal background check conducted by the Arizona Department of Health Services, according to A.R.S. § 36-2804.01 and A.R.S. §36-2801.10
  • Valid Arizona State Issued ID
