Earning Potential:
$52,000 salaried base draw
Up to $75,000 with sales and bonus goals achieved
About the Role
As a Field Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in helping homeowners find the best solutions for their window and door needs. You'll meet customers at their homes, assess their requirements, and guide them through the selection and installation process. If you're passionate about sales, customer service, and home improvement, this role is for you!
What You'll Do
Conduct in-home consultations to showcase our product line of windows, doors, and skylights, along with professional installation services
Follow up on leads and schedule appointments with potential customers
Travel throughout the market area to meet with homeowners and provide expert guidance
Measure windows and doors accurately to ensure proper orders and installation
Enter all sales orders into the CRM system efficiently and accurately
Build strong, trusting relationships with customers and provide outstanding service
Stay up to date on product knowledge and participate in ongoing training
Negotiate contracts and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing

Requirements
2-3 years of sales or industry-related experience
Strong product knowledge and the ability to educate customers
Valid driver's license and required level of automobile insurance
Flexibility to work some evenings, weekends, and Saturdays
Ability to work remotely and travel to customer appointments as needed
Physical Requirements
This role involves driving, walking, talking, and interacting with customers in their homes. You can expect to work in a combination of office and field environments.
