Job Description

Service management, process optimization, service offers and proposals

Service partner management, including contracting, work evaluation, etc.
Conduct service sales work to meet the yearly target (Optional)
Oversee the field service operation from pre-commissioning, commissioning,

maintenance work, fault diagnosis and repairs. • Ensuring that the on-site services complies with the local work health and safety requirements • Planning and coordinating tasks as well as liaising with other divisions of the business to complete jobs in a timely manner • Keep a good record of the service cases, spare parts & unit inventory, consumption records and service revenue & expenses • Organize, participate and accompany customers on long-term cooperation greeting and social activities. • Communicate with the management, sales team, local service partners and customers to support the business development.
